●The traction gantry operating area is protected by aluminum roller blinds, which are sturdy and durable.
●The guide rail lubrication adopts an automatic lubrication station with scheduled settings, saving time and maintenance.
●The rear of the device is equipped with a power supply and socket for easy access to auxiliary equipment.
●The cantilever control box can swing 180 degrees, the instrument button layout is reasonable, and the 10 inch large screen is convenient for setting and viewing parameters.
●Temperature control adopts instrument control, with 8 temperature zones, and the values can be stored in the system for easy access to MES system in the future.
●The clamping pressure of the equipment's operating speed can be conveniently adjusted through a knob.
●The frame of the shaping table adopts a sunken structure, and an oven can be installed for insulation of polyurethane and epoxy products.
●For polyurethane and epoxy products, additional frames can also be added to increase the distance between the mold and the traction quality inspection, improving the straightness of the product.
●The mold table adopts a two-dimensional adjustment structure, which can adjust the height, left and right of the mold outlet to improve the straightness of the product.
●The mold table is equipped with a tension sensor that can monitor the traction tension of the product in real time, providing effective reference for the process.
●Each workstation is equipped with alarm indicator lights, which provide real-time indication of the working status.
●The cutting machine adopts a diamond saw blade with a diameter of 500, a dual station structure, rear positioning, and a cutting accuracy of 1mm. After cutting, the products are quickly transported to the material receiving car through a belt.
●A dipping tank with a yarn drying device is used to ensure the processability of products in high humidity environments.
