Product Introduction
The glass fiber anchor rod is a fully threaded composite material anchor rod that is formed through the pultrusion-winding process using high-strength glass fibers as the reinforcing material and modified epoxy resin as the matrix. The surface of the rod body has a continuous full-thread structure. When combined with a special nut and tray, it can achieve rapid and effective support of the surrounding rock. Its most notable feature is that it can be directly cut by the tunneling machine and the coal mining machine, solving the problem of difficulty in retreating and cutting traditional metal anchor rods in temporary support.
Core Advantage
Cutting capability: During the mining tunnel excavation or tunneling process, there is no need to remove the anchor prematurely. The drilling machine can directly cut the rod body without sparks or damaging the teeth, significantly improving the excavation efficiency.
High-strength anchoring: The tensile strength can reach over 600 MPa. The full-thread structure ensures a strong adhesion with the resin anchor agent, with strong gripping force and reliable anchoring strength.
Lightweight and high-strength: The weight is only 1/4 of the steel anchor rod of the same specification. The labor intensity for transportation and installation is significantly reduced, especially suitable for overhead operations.
Safe and durable: Corrosion-resistant, anti-static, flame-retardant (customizable according to coal mine safety standards), adaptable to complex underground environments.
Application Scenario
In coal mines underground: Temporary support for tunnel excavation, end support for coal mining working face.
In tunnel engineering: Reinforcement at the starting/arrival end of the shield, temporary support for the TBM excavation section.
In slope engineering: Temporary slope anchoring for areas that will be later landscaped or excavated.
Support components: Provide matching nylon/metal trays, spherical washers, hexagonal nuts and resin anchorages.
